If water or gas is going where it shouldn't, it's an emergency. The big three:
Water through the ceiling or pooling in the yard. We stop the leak fast, then fix the cause properly, not just patch it.
Smell gas? Shut it off at the meter and call us now. We find the leak, repair it and test the whole line before it's turned back on.
A dead system with a family to shower is an emergency in our book. Most repairs and swap-overs happen the same day.
